Masteron Enanthate (Drostanolone Enanthate) 200 mg is an injectable anabolic steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It is formulated as an oil-based solution for intramuscular injection. Masteron Enanthate is known for its strong androgenic effects and moderate anabolic properties, offering similar benefits to its propionate counterpart but with a longer half-life, allowing for less frequent injections. It promotes muscle hardness and definition while reducing water retention, making it popular in bodybuilding for cutting cycles.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Performance enhancement: Used by athletes and bodybuilders to improve muscle definition, hardness, and strength, especially during cutting phases.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Dosage:

• Medical Use (Breast Cancer): 200 mg administered once every 1–2 weeks, as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Anabolic/Bodybuilding Use: Common doses range from 400 mg to 600 mg per week, typically administered twice per week. Dosage may vary depending on the user’s goals, experience, and tolerance.

Administration:

• Administer via deep intramuscular injection. Rotate injection sites to prevent irritation or discomfort. Inject the oily solution slowly to minimize pain.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Hypersensitivity to drostanolone or any component of the formulation.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

2. Insulin and Oral Antidiabetics: Drostanolone can affect glucose metabolism, possibly requiring adjustments to insulin or oral antidiabetic medication dosages.

3. Corticosteroids: The concurrent use of corticosteroids with drostanolone may increase the risk of fluid retention and electrolyte imbalances.

USE IN SPECIFIC POPULATIONS

Pregnancy and Lactation: Masteron Enanthate is contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women due to its potential teratogenic effects (Pregnancy Category X).

Pediatric Use: Not recommended for use in children or adolescents due to the risk of interfering with normal growth and causing premature epiphyseal closure.

Geriatric Use: Use with caution in elderly patients due to the increased risk of cardiovascular and hepatic adverse effects.

OVERDOSAGE

There is no specific antidote for drostanolone overdose. In case of an overdose, provide symptomatic treatment and supportive care. Monitor liver and cardiovascular function.
